“4 stars because even though I had an issue, the owner called me and apologized for everything. It speaks a lot to how much she cares about her reputation and business. I really appreciate her doing that. I brought a pair of pants in and the man helping me was great. He brought the waist in and said theyd add a zipper on the side. I came to pick them up, no zipper. He checked in on me and I was like ???? Where's the zipper? Thinking maybe I'm genuinely not seeing it. I checked my receipt and he definitely wrote on there to add a zipper on the side. He had the team fix it immediately which I was thankful for as I needed them the next day. The owner saw how they fit and took them in even more for me. They turned out perfect. The 1st time, I brought a jacket in to have the sleeves shortened. One sleeve was an inch shorter than the other. They refunded me for the work they did and my actual jacket so I could buy a new one. They corrected the replacement jacket and it came out perfect as well. People are people. They make mistakes, but its the way the correct them and own up to them is what matters.”

“Definitely do not recommend!! I brought my wedding dress here and it just needed to be hemmed as it was already altered elsewhere. I was treated like an inconvenience the whole time. They hardly listened to me and constantly tried to talk me in to additional alterations, even things that were already previously done. They broke the clasp on the back from not doing it right and did not use a crochet hook like I told them to. Then they tried to say the dress did not fit and needed a corset back added when it fit fine last week. I took my dress with me and will not be going back.”

“This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, but I felt I needed to. I brought in a dress for a simple hem and had to return twice, yet the final result was still unfinished. Much of the lining under the top layer was left unhemmed and simply cut, which frayed and showed during the wedding. I ended up having to trim it myself at the event. I reached out to the business but received no response. Very disappointing experience!”
